Restrictions

1. Age Verification:

All orders require age verification in compliance with federal laws. Customers must be 21 years of age or older (or the legal age in their jurisdiction) to purchase vaping products.

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at checkout and/or delivery for verification purposes.

Failure to provide accurate information for age verification will result in order cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for failed age verification.

2. State and Local Restrictions:

Due to legal restrictions, Asheville Vapor Inc. does not ship to jurisdictions where vaping products are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Massachusetts
  • New York
  • California

Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of purchasing vaping products in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Orders violating state or local restrictions will be canceled, and refunds will not be issued for such cancellations.

3. International Shipping:

Asheville Vapor Inc. does not ship vaping products internationally. We are not liable for customs-related issues, including delays, confiscation, or destruction of products.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

1. Shipping Carriers:

Asheville Vapor Inc. partners with carriers that comply with the federal PACT Act and other regulatory requirements for vaping products.

2. Adult Signature Requirement:

An adult 21 years of age or older must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package at delivery.

Failure to provide an adult signature will result in the package being returned to Asheville Vapor Inc. at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to the absence of an adult signature.

3. Delivery Times:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Delays may occur due to high order volumes, age verification requirements, or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Fees:

Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $10.00.

An adult signature verification is required for all online orders. This verification is a one time fee of $8.00 on your first order.

Adult signature verification fees are included in the shipping costs. Additional state or local taxes may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

1. Tracking Information:

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

2. Failed Delivery Attempts:

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping addresses, or the absence of an adult signature will incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages:

Asheville Vapor Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery addresses or opt for signature-required delivery services.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

1. Damaged Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ashevillevapor.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will replace the items or issue a refund as per our Refund Policy.

2. Lost Shipments:

In the event of a lost shipment, Asheville Vapor Inc. will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

3. Missing Items:

If any items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly.

PACT Act and Regulatory Compliance

1. PACT Act Compliance:

Asheville Vapor Inc. complies with the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, which governs the sale, shipment, and taxation of vaping products.

We register with state tax authorities, collect and remit applicable taxes, and report all sales to state administrators as required.

2. Customer Data:

Personal information collected for age verification and regulatory compliance is securely stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

Asheville Vapor Inc. is not liable for delays, interruptions, or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, or acts of war.
