At Asheville Vapor, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Refunds are offered only for products with manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Refunds are not available for products without a manufacturer defect or for items explicitly marked as non-refundable. This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws and does not override your statutory rights.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Manufacturer Defects or Shipping Damage:

Products with confirmed manufacturer defects or damage incurred during shipping are eligible for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as dissatisfaction with the product or a change of mind.

2. Condition Requirements:

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.

The original packaging and a valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are found to have a manufacturer defect or were damaged during shipping:

Tanks, Coils, Pods, and Kits (including any product where tanks, coils, or pods are included, whether pre-installed or separate)

Note: Non-refundable items that are defective or damaged during shipping may still qualify for a refund under the eligibility conditions outlined above.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

Email info@ashevillevapor.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include:

A detailed description of the issue.

Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, if applicable.

2. Approval Required:

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Important: Items returned without prior approval may delay processing but will not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Note:

If the returned item is found not to have a manufacturer defect after inspection, the refund request will be denied, and the item can be returned to you at your expense.

Additional processing times by banks or payment providers may vary and are beyond our control.

Damages or Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery to report the issue and begin the refund process.

Shipping Costs

Asheville Vapor will cover return shipping costs for items with confirmed manufacturer defects or shipping damage.

For items found not to have defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless local laws state otherwise.

Jurisdiction and Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America and complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Where these laws provide additional rights, statutory rights will take precedence.

Dispute Resolution

If a refund is denied after inspection, you may appeal the decision by:
